He responded to our requests in seconds, providing a true 5-star experience. The residence itself exceeded our expectations, offering complete luxury and comfort. The king-size bed with its crispy white bedding and pillows was heaven to sleep on. The views of Table Top Mountain were breathtaking. The location was also great, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the city. We loved the added bonus of the complimentary hotel car service within a 10km radius. We can't wait to return for another amazing stay.

Overall experience was perfectly pleasant. The apartment was luxurious and luxury, had views of the mountain and city. Its super central location was convenient to an Anglican cathedral. There were a market and shops plus a wide range of restaurants and fantastic restaurants in the area. The staff was excellent and affable and we met the host. Huge bar was available.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, it had everything I needed and more! The two TVs were great for catching up on my favorite shows, and the fully-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. I loved having a small office space to catch up on work, and the spacious lounge was perfect for relaxing. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, and the large bathroom with bathrobes and slippers made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious hotel.

I personally wasn't a big fan of the balcony, but I know others might enjoy it.

Fresh fruit is delivered daily, and valet parking is provided by the hotel staff.

The concierge service at the hotel is not up to par.

As young holiday goers, we loved the combination of luxury hotel benefits and apartment privacy. The fast and stable wifi and quick responses from the host were great. The sauna area on the 2nd floor was a real treat. The hotel's central location made it easy to get around with Uber.
